You must be between 20 to 35 years old at the time of registration.
The pageant is open to both married and unmarried women — because true elegance isn’t defined by marital status.
You must be an Indian or Japanese national currently residing in Japan.
Japanese language skills are not mandatory for Indian participants. Feel free to apply!
You should have a basic understanding of India–Japan relations and a genuine appreciation for both cultures — including their fashion, traditions, philosophies, and the deep-rooted values that define their shared history and collaboration.
You must be willing to travel to India for at least 2 weeks annually for official cultural, promotional, or ambassadorial activities.
Be ready to walk the ramp in both a stunning saree and a traditional kimono. Please note: Participants are required to arrange their own kimono and saree for the event.

A love for Indo–Japanese culture is a must! You should be excited to walk the ramp in both a saree and a kimono (to be arranged by the participant). The first round is completely online.

No. While basic communication skills in either Japanese or English are helpful, fluency is not required. What matters most is your intent, confidence, and ability to connect with the audience.
Yes. As a cultural ambassador, the winner should be prepared to travel to India for up to two weeks annually for official engagements and representation. All travel and stay will be fully sponsored by the organizers.
