The Embassy of India, Tokyo is all set to organise the “Viksit Bharat Run 2025” at Ojima Komatsugawa Park, Tokyo on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 0800 hrs. This unique community event highlights the themes of service, sustainability, and swachhta (cleanliness) while celebrating India’s vision of becoming a developed nation.
The run is part of the larger “Seva Parv” (Festival of Service), being observed from 17 September to 2 October 2025. Seva Parv is a nationwide and global celebration that embodies the spirit of Seva Bhav (selfless service)—a core value deeply rooted in Indian civilisation. During this period, communities across India and around the world are coming together to participate in meaningful activities that serve society, strengthen human connections, and promote shared responsibility for a better future.
