In a strong reaffirmation of India’s growing partnership with Japan, the Chief Minister on Monday said that Indo-Japan economic and cultural ties will be further strengthened in the coming years through deeper collaboration, innovation, and people-to-people engagement.
Highlighting the long-standing friendship between India and Japan, the Chief Minister noted that both nations share common democratic values, mutual respect, and a shared vision for sustainable development. “Our partnership with Japan goes beyond trade and investment. Beyond economics, the Chief Minister underlined the importance of cultural diplomacy in strengthening bilateral relations. He pointed out that exchanges in art, language, education, and tourism have significantly enhanced mutual understanding between the people of both nations.
Student exchange programs, academic collaborations, and skill training initiatives are helping young professionals gain international exposure. The growing interest in Japanese language education and cultural festivals in India reflects the deepening people-to-people connect.
