The Embassy of India in Tokyo will be organizing an Open House on Friday, December 26, 2025, at the Embassy premises from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (JST). This initiative is being held to offer Indian nationals in Japan a direct platform to interact with Embassy officials and share their concerns, suggestions, and experiences.
The Embassy has also announced that this Open House will now be held regularly at 3:00 PM on the last Friday of every month, making it easier for members of the Indian community to stay connected and informed.
All Indian nationals residing in Japan are warmly invited to participate. The Open House is an excellent opportunity to:
● Raise personal or community-related issues
● Seek guidance on consular services
● Share feedback and suggestions
● Strengthen communication between the Embassy and the Indian community
Those who wish to raise specific issues during the Open House are requested to send their queries in advance. The message should include:
● Full name (as per Passport)
● Passport number
● Brief details of the issue
This thoughtful step by the Embassy reflects its continued effort to stay closely connected with the Indian community in Japan and to provide timely support and assistance.
