The Embassy of India in Tokyo has announced that its next Open House will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, at the Embassy premises from 1500 to 1600 hours (JST).
The Embassy has also informed that the Open House will be a regular monthly event, taking place at 1500 hours on the last Friday of each month.
All Indian nationals living in Japan are invited to attend and participate in the Open House. The session provides an opportunity for community members to raise issues, seek assistance, or share suggestions directly with Embassy officials.
Those who wish to discuss specific matters are requested to send their queries in advance by email to sscons.tokyo@mea.gov.in. The email should include the sender’s full name as per passport, passport number, contact number, and address in Japan.
This initiative aims to strengthen communication between the Indian Embassy and the Indian community in Japan, ensuring better outreach and support.
