


The delegation from Haryana, under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Haryana, executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Seiren Co. Ltd., a global leader specializing in textile solutions and advanced materials for diverse sectors including automotive, interiors, environment, life materials, cosmetics, electronic components, sensors, and magnetic materials.
Under the MoU, Seiren Co. Ltd. shall invest over INR 220 crore in its Mega Project at Rohtak and generate employment for over 1,700 persons. This project is expected to further strengthen the manufacturing ecosystem of the State.
The delegation from Haryana, under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Haryana, also participated in the Haryana–Shimane Partnership event in Tokyo. The session was attended by H.E. Tatsuya Maruyama, Governor of Shimane Prefecture, and focused on exploring synergies between enterprises from Haryana and Shimane Prefecture across sectors including IT and Emerging Technologies, Electronics and Semiconductors, Agriculture, and Food Processing.
The delegation also held detailed discussions with senior representatives from the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) to explore ways to further deepen the partnership between Japan and Haryana.
Additionally, the delegation conducted meetings with leading investors from Japan such as Aisin, Air Water, TASI, and Nambu. These projects are expected to provide a further boost to the manufacturing ecosystem of the State and generate significant employment opportunities.
