An Indian’s Bold Open Letter to Trump on India’s Claim to J&K

Dear Mr. Trump,
  Thank you for your love for India, driven by business interests. In your mediation with Pakistan, please convey:

1. India claims all of Jammu & Kashmir, including PoK. There’s no LOC. India, a 5,000-year-old civilization, isn’t defined by Pakistan’s 1947 birth.
2. India will develop J&K, including PoK, into a prosperous region, part of our booming economy, soon the world’s third largest.
3. Women in PoK will be free from oppression, educated, and empowered, like India’s Sophia Qureshi.
4. Children in PoK, currently trained as jihadis, will get education and a bright future as proud Indians.
5. Pakistan should focus on its western border, or risk losing more to Greater India. Your arms deals won’t help.
6. Pakistan’s army generals, many with Indian roots, should learn discipline from India’s armed forces.
7. India’s thriving consumer economy is vital for global companies, including yours. You know who’s the asset.
