The Chief Minister was seen off by India’s Ambassador to Japan, Nagma M Mallick, following a series of high-level meetings and community engagements. The visit focused on strengthening trade partnerships, attracting Japanese investments, and reinforcing people-to-people connections.

During his visit, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath interacted with the vibrant Indian diaspora at an event organized by the Embassy of India, Tokyo. Uttar Pradesh, India’s most populous state, has emerged as a key investment destination with improved ease of doing business rankings and a rapidly expanding industrial ecosystem. The Chief Minister underscored the state’s robust connectivity, expressway network, dedicated freight corridors, and upcoming industrial hubs as attractive opportunities for Japanese enterprises.
